MoonStar Food LLC (“MoonStar,” “we,” “us”) operates the MoonStar Ordering mobile app and the website at customer.moonstarfood.us, which let our wholesale customers browse our catalog, see their pricing, and place orders. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account & business details you give us: store/company name, contact name, email, phone number, and business address.
• Order information: the products you view and order, order history, delivery confirmations, and payment records related to your account.
• Device notification token: if you allow notifications, we store the token your phone provides so we can send you order updates (for example, “out for delivery” and “delivered”).
• Camera (only when you use it): the app can scan product barcodes to help you reorder. Images are processed on your device to read the barcode and are not stored or uploaded by us.

How we use it

• To provide the ordering service, show your assigned pricing, and process and deliver your orders.
• To send you notifications about your orders and account (only if you enable them).
• To provide customer support and keep records required to run our wholesale business.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the app — for example, our hosting provider and Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging, which delivers push notifications. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed for our business and legal records. You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal information at any time (see Contact).

Your choices

• You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone’s settings.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us below.

Children

MoonStar Ordering is a business-to-business app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
